Refund Policy
30-Day Returns: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.
Perishable goods, intimate items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids cannot be returned.
Non-returnable: Gift cards, downloadable software, opened media products.
Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Books with obvious signs of use, opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records, any item not in its original condition or damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds: Check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@adelaidedistillery.com.au.
Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: We only replace defective or damaged items. Email us at hello@adelaidedistillery.com.au and send to: 138 Magill Road, Norwood, Adelaide SA 5067.
Gifts: If marked as a gift, you'll receive a gift credit. Otherwise, the refund goes to the gift giver who will be informed of your return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Items over $75: Use traceable shipping or purchase insurance.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot always guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Adelaide Distillery Shipping: We currently only ship within Australia. Orders will be shipped within 5 business days.
Shipping is FOC (free of charge) however Adelaide Distillery reserves the right to change the shipping terms without notice at the company's discretion.
